Kira also suggested why not invite others in the Region to come to these meetings. At least supply them with the calendar. If it is forwarded to you will you let them know your opinion on what they want to do. My reply to this was I think that as a Cluster rep Danielle should get a copy, along with the Quarterly Cluster census's.
The Region Leader used to have supplied to her from the District Leaders a monthly paper re activities, service, events that the District and Units were participating in. i have asked Jane (the Region Leader) if she still uses this information sheet.

Should be a useful resource and knowldedge base for you
Try this new 'blogspot' for possible answers to queries and questions. It will take some time but even now is begining to house what and how things are being done in the Guide District and the Unit. The traditions, events, activities and participations, the Planning, organising and development through the implementation and also the evaluations.
