Silver bells

You will need

• paper cups
• wooden 
• tin foil
• pipe cleaners

Method

1.  
2. Wrap the tin foil around the outside of the cups.
3. Tuck the top edge up the inside of the cup.
4. Slide a wooden bead on the bottom of the pipe cleaner.
5. Half knot the bottom of the pipe cleaner.
1. thread the pipe cleaner end back through the wooden bead so that there are no sharp points.
6. Knot the pipe cleaner half way.
7. Stick a pipe cleaner up through the middle of the cup until the knot stops it from going through.
8. Loop the top end of the pipe cleaner back around twisting off at the top of the cup.
1. Makes a loop to hang the cup with. 
9. The tin foil at the top of the cup now can be moulded around the pipe cleaner at the top of the cup.
