You will need
- Small Styrofoam balls
- tissue wrapping paper
- pip cleaner or rubber band
- Ribbon
Method
- Wrap tissue paper around the balls.
- Gatheri the ends together at the top.
- Leave about three extra amount 4 to 5 cm or [2 inches] at the top.
- Secure with rubber band or pipe cleaner.
- If using a rubber band, tie a nice ribbon around to cover.
